What We Do

Take a deeper dive into Lifeline’s transformative approach.

Four Pillars

By focusing on these core areas of our residents’ lives, we guide them to overcome past addictions, thrive in their God-given purpose, and inspire others to break free from addiction.

  1. Leadership Skills: We cultivate leadership qualities by teaching residents how to take initiative, make confident decisions, and inspire others through their actions. This equips them to lead with integrity, both in their personal lives and in their communities.

  2. Financial Stability: We provide residents with practical financial education, covering budgeting, saving, and managing resources responsibly. By building a foundation of financial stability, we prepare them for independence and long-term success.

  3. Restoring Relationships: Addiction often strains or breaks important relationships. We help residents repair these connections through forgiveness, open communication, and healthy boundaries, fostering reconciliation and support within families and friendships.

  4. Relationship with Jesus Christ: Central to our mission is guiding residents into a deeper relationship with Jesus. Through prayer, Bible study, and discipleship, we help them find lasting hope, purpose, and identity in Christ.

Individualized Counseling

At Lifeline, we understand that addressing the symptoms of addiction alone is not enough. True healing requires uncovering and addressing the root causes. That’s why we provide every resident with one-on-one counseling, offering personalized care that nurtures the whole person.

Life Skills

Through partnerships with local businesses, we provide our residents with valuable work experiences, equipping them with essential skills for long-term economic success. These skills include:

  • Sales: Residents participate in community fundraising efforts, not only building resilience and sales skills but also raising awareness about our program and its mission.

  • Landscaping: Residents gain hands-on experience in all aspects of landscaping, from maintenance to large-scale removals, while developing teamwork and problem-solving abilities.

  • Residential Cleaning and Sanitation: Residents learn to perform deep-cleaning tasks with diligence and attention to detail, mastering the skills of thorough home care.

  • Punctuality and Respect for Time: Residents are trained to manage their schedules responsibly, cultivating habits that emphasize the importance of time management and commitment.

  • Proactive Decision-Making: Residents develop the ability to thoughtfully prepare for their future, integrating planning and goal-setting into their daily routines.

Representation

Many Lifeliners embark on their journey of transformation following significant legal challenges. At Lifeline, we stand by our residents and potential residents, offering representation in court and advocating for their ongoing transformation or their potential for change.

Community Donations

Due to generous partnerships, we are able to give away important items such as food to the community. Our community food pantry aids individuals in dire need of resources.
